19 DECEMEBER 2019 FIELDWORK UPDATE: The bones of the four big-ol’-basins at Auburn’s Advanced Structural Engineering Laboratory are coming together nicely.

15 NOVEMBER 2019 The American Institute of Architects Pennsylvania recognized the Discovery Center with a Bronze Award.

20 OCTOBER 2019 David joined Auburn University Professor Emily Knox and the first-year graduate landscape architecture students on a field studies trip to Seattle, Washington. Visits included Beacon Food Forest, Discovery Park, Ballard Locks & Fish Ladder, Bloedel Reserve, Seattle Public Library + Freeway Park, GGN studio, Gas Works Park, Pike Place Market, Berger Partnership Studio, and Olympic Sculpture Park.

26 SEPTEMBER 2019 HILLWORKS is thrilled to receive four design awards from Alabama ASLA this year. The Pratt Mill received an Honor Award in Analysis and Planning, Georgia Tech Campus Center received a Merit Award in Analysis and Planning, Resting Pulse Brewery received a Merit Award in Design, and Dekalb E-911 Facility received an Honor Award in Design.
