David serves as a Resource Team Member in the 59th National Session of the Mayor’s Institute on City Design hosted in Louisville, Kentucky. This session worked with Mayors from Riverside (CA), Provo (UT), Fairbanks (AK), Minneapolis (MN), Pittsburgh (PA), Hampton (VA), Rochester (NY), and Dayton (OH) to grapple with select design issues in each of their cities.
